Our Practice

An Innovative Practice For All Your Dental Needs

Facility

We are proud to provide a modern state-of-the-art facility for the highest standards of dental care available. Our top priority is to protect the well-being of our valued patients. To this purpose, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA and CDC standards for infection control, sterilization, and employee safety. Our staff has been trained in CPR and AED procedures, and is retrained and recertified every two years. An AED (Automated External Defribillator) is always available on site.

Appointments

To make an appointment please contact us by phone 718-987-2303. Emergency calls are welcome, especially for new patients seeking help or people in discomfort.

After Hours

During the hours the office is closed, our answering service will answer at 718-987-2303. For patients in pain or discomfort, a forwarding call will be made to Dr. Pietruszka if necessary.

Cancellations

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you provide us with 24 hours notice. We ask for advance notice so that we might offer the appointment time to another patient. We reserve  dedicated time for all appointments and our office policy is to never "double book". This keeps our patient's waiting time to a minimum. Our time is valuable, your time is valuable too.

Financial

We will be pleased to submit all insurance forms to your carrier and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do all that is possible to help you afford the treatment you need and want. A payment plan can be designed for patients who require major restoration. Forms of payment accepted are cash, check, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We also offer Care Credit as a payment option. Please ask our front desk for more information at your appointment.

Thank you for choosing Dr. Pietruszka for your dental care.
